Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Aura Gearz, we’re committed to delivering 100% genuine and brand-new products with great care. We inspect every item before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide exchanges under specific circumstances as outlined below.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Time

We deliver orders nationwide in Pakistan within 2 to 4 working days through trusted courier services. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp or email.

1. When Can You Request an Exchange?

You can request an exchange within 3- days of receiving your order only if:

  • You received a wrong product (As different model or item than what was ordered)
  • Your product arrived physically damaged
  • The package was missing essential parts or accessories

If you face any of the above issues, you must notify us on the same day of delivery via WhatsApp with photo/video evidence of the issue.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories

  • You must include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation
  • Any damage must be reported immediately through video proof sent to our support team

Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, tampered with, or physically damaged by the customer
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Items marked as "Sale" or bought under clearance/discount offers
  • Opened personal hygiene products such as earbuds
  • Return requests made after 3 days of receiving the order

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, Email, or Instagram DM on the same day of receiving the order
  2. Provide your Order ID, explain the issue clearly, and attach relevant photos/videos
  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return steps

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

If your return is approved:

  • We will send a replacement for the same product
  • You may exchange for a different product of equal value (with prior approval)

We do not process exchanges for reasons like change of mind or preference.

6. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. In rare cases (As if the product is out of stock), customers may be offered one of the following:

  • A store credit voucher for future purchases
  • A replacement item of equal value

Refund decisions are at the discretion of Aura Gearz after complete inspection.

7. Order Cancellation or Modification

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement
  • After 2 hours, the order is confirmed and cannot be cancelled or changed

8. Return Shipping Advisory

If you're returning an expensive item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
